About the Company
The Worth Collective is a heart-led space dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inherent value, embrace self-love, process stored emotions, energy, and trauma, and live with authenticity. We believe that wroth is not something you earn - it is something you already hold within you.
Through a blend of therapeutic art, shadow work coaching, occupational therapy, breathwork, human design guidance, and creative expression, we guide individuals back to themselves. Our offerings are designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, encouraging self-discovery, emotional resilience, and personal transformation.
At The Worth Collective, we celebrate the messy, beautiful processes of undoing and becoming. We honour each person’s unique story and create spaces - both in person and on-line - where you can explore, create, heal, and grow. This is more than a business; it’s a movement to reclaim self-worth and to remind you that you are already enough.
Where you join us for a painting session, a coaching call, or simply to explore our share insights, our hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, inspired, whole, and deeply connected to your own worth.
About Me
I’m Emma - founder of The Worth Collective - and a registered Occupational Therapist and certified shadow work, human design, and breathwork practitioner. I have a passion for fostering connection to the self and others, creating a safe, authentic, and warm space, expressing emotions through various medias, and helping others heal.
With a background in holistic therapy, trauma-informed care, shadow work, and nervous system regulation, I weave together art, emotion, embodiment, and reflection to help you access the parts of yourself that. long to be seen. My sessions are not about perfection - they are about truth.
Whether we’re painting barefoot in the sand, breathing through emotion, or writing into the tender spaces, everything I offer is rooted in love, presence, and reclamation.
This work is deeply personal to me. In 2022 I was diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Binge Eating Disorder. After walking my own path of anxiety, body dysmorphia, disconnection, childhood trauma, and inner rebuilding, I created this space to support others who are ready to rise - not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who they have always been.
When the medications stopped working, talk-therapy wasn’t getting me anywhere, and I felt lost, I dug deeper to discover new ways to regulate and love myself. These strategies that I coach and the tools I use in therapy come from years of personal research and exploration. I share them with you because I know firsthand just how helpful and powerful they are.
You aren’t broken, and you don’t need to fix yourself. You just have to remember yourself. And i’m here to guide and walk besides you as you do.
