Shadow Work
1:1 or Group Sessions
What is Shadow Work?
Shadow Work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious parts of ourselves - the aspects we’ve disowned, suppressed, or rejected due to fear, shame, or early conditioning. These parts often hold the keys to deeper healing, creativity, and authenticity.
Where Does It Come From?
The term “Shadow” originates from the work of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, a pioneer in analytical psychology. White rooted in Jungian theory, shadow work also draws from traditions like:
Depth psychology
Parts work/Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Psychoanalysis
Somatic and trauma-informed practices
indigenous and spiritual traditions that honor the wholeness of self.
Is Shadow Work Scientifically Backed?
The principles behind shadow work are well supported by research. Studies in neuroscience and somatic psychology show that unprocessed emotional experiences are stored in the nervous system and can impact behaviour, relationships, and mental health. Shadow work often involves self-reflection and witnessing, which studies show can reduce reactivity, improve emotional regulation, and enhance well-being. Shadow work is a psychologically grounded, neurobiologically informed practice that supports lasting transformation.
Why It Matters.
Most people try to “fix” what they can see - habits, relationships, surface behaviours. But shadow work dives beneath that. Shadow work isn’t about fixing yourself - it’s about meeting the parts of you you’ve been taught to hide, with compassion instead of shame. This is soul work - a brave and safe container to explore your limiting patterns, share stories, and emotional triggers.
I use nervous system grounding backed by science, inner child inquiry, boundary coaching, and intuitive reflection to help you shift from self-abandonment and rejection to self-devotion and love. This space is about feeling safe enough to be seen as you are. By facing and integrating our shadow, we move from shame to self-compassion, and from fragmentation to wholeness to remember all that you already are.
What to Expect.
In a shadow work session, you’ll be guided gently and safely to:
Explore patterns, projections, and inner conflicts.
Identify unconscious beliefs rooted in early experiences.
Dialogue with your inner parts (such as inner child, inner critic, or protector).
Reclaim disowned qualities like power, sensuality, softness, or voice.
Practice nervous system regulation to anchor insights in the body.
Therapeutic Art
1:1 or Group Sessions
What is Therapeutic Art?
Therapeutic Art is a guided creative experience that uses visual expression as a tool for self-discovery, emotional regulation, and nervous system healing.
It is not about creating a “perfect” piece of art. It’s about accessing parts of yourself that words alone cannot reach - through colour, shape, movement, and intuitive mark-making.
Therapeutic Art is a space to feel, release, and reconnect.
Why It Works.
Therapeutic Art taps into the right brain - the centre of emotion, intuition, imagination, and somatic memory. Through simple guided creative processes, we can:
regulate the nervous system (supporting the shift from fight/flight into rest and repair).
Access subconscious emotions stored in the body.
Rebuild trust with your inner child and intuitive self.
Experience non-verbal release and self-compassion.
Research shows that creative expression:
reduces cortisol (the stress hormone).
increases feelings of self-efficacy and emotional clarity.
activates the parasympathetic nervous system - calming the body and mind into rest and digest.
Is Therapeutic Art Scientifically Backed?
Yes - therapeutic art is supported by a growing body of research in neuroscience, psychology, and trauma-informed care. Studies show that engaging in creative expression has been shown to regulate the nervous system, active the brain’s reward pathways, reduce cortisol, improve emotional processing and regulation, and foster resilience (Kaimal et al., 2016; Bolwerk et al., 2014). Even short periods of art-making can increase functional connectivity in the default mode network, supporting self-reflection and inner processing. While distinct from clinical art therapy, therapeutic art taps into similar healing mechanisms by engaging the brain in nonverbal, embodied expression, and offering a safe space for self-exploration, integration, healing, and transformation through visual release and representation.
Why It Matters.
In a world that keeps us in our heads, Therapeutic Art brings us back to the body, back to the breath, and back to the truth beneath the surface. It’s a space to be held - gently, creatively, and without expectation - so you can remember what it feels like to trust yourself again.
This is a gentle, embodied space for emotional release through creative and abstract expression. Together, we use brush, colour, and movement to access inner knowing, move stuck energy, and nurture your inner child. This is not about making art - it’s about letting art make space for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, numb, lost in your head, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, intuitive painting offers a non-verbal, body-led way to process emotion and cultivate safety within. No artistic experience needed - just a heart ready to feel.
What to Expect.
In a shadow work session, you’ll be guided gently and safely to:
Explore patterns, projections, and inner conflicts.
Identify unconscious beliefs rooted in early experiences.

Human Design
1:1 or Group Sessions
What is Human Design Coaching?
Human Design is a self-awareness system that combines ancient wisdom and modern science to help you understand how you are uniquely designed to make decisions, interact with others, and live in alignment with your natural energy. It is a practical map of your energy, purpose, and inner guidance.
What Does It Offer?
At its core, Human Design helps answer questions like:
Why do I feel stuck making decisions?
Why do certain relationships drain me, while others feel effortless?
Why do traditional paths to success or healing not work for me?
Each person is born with a unique “design” based on the exact time, date, and location of their birth. This design reveals:
Your energy type (how you best move through life)
Strategy & Authority (how to make aligned decisions)
Centers (your energy patterns and sensitivities)
Gates and Channels (your innate gifts and themes)
Profile (your role in the collection story of humanity)
Origin.
Human Design synthesizes several ancient and modern systems including: The I Ching (Chinese Book of Changes), The Chakra System (energy centres of the body), Astrology (planetary influences at your time of birth), The Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and Quantum Physics and Genetics (specifically, neutrinos and codon sequencing). This neutrino therapy conceptualises the idea that we are all made of subatomic particples that may carry informatino that influence our biological systems.
It was channeled in 1987 by Ra Uru Hu with many of its insights deeply grounded in energetic and behavioural truths that resonate across many cultures and disciplines. The knowledge has since evolved into a practical framework used globally by coaches, therapists, and seekers alike. Many individuals report increased clarity, confidence, and alignment after applying its principles. Although Human Design originates from a metaphysical synthesis, emerging research in epigenetics, neurodiversity, individualised nervous system regulation, and somatic psychology increasingly supports the core concept of Human Design: that each person has a biologically and energetically unique blueprint - and that honoring this individuality and living in accordance with this innate design can reduce internal resistance, improve decision-making, and support overall well-being and fulfillment.
Why It Matters.
Human Design is not about becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you to be someone else. Learn how your Human Design type, authority, and profile impact your self-worth, patterns, and relationships. These sessions are not just readings - they’re experiential, somatic, and integration-focused. These sessions are designed to help you not only understand your unique energetic blueprint, but to embody it in real, grounded ways.
We live in a world that conditions us to override our intuition, hustle against our natural flow, and question our worth. Human Design offers a compassionate, precise way to remember your design, trust your inner compass, and finally feel at home in your own rhythm.
What to Expect.
In each session, you’ll be gently guided through:
A short grounding or breathwork practice.
A themed art experience using accessible materials (acrylics, pastels, pencils, natural elements, etc.).
Reflective prompts or somatic invitations to connect deeper with what’s emerging.
Optional integration through journaling, discussion, or quiet observation.
Themes may include: Reclaiming your voice, inner child healing, letting go of perfectionism, self-worth and visibility, working with emotional triggers or transition, and more.
Breathwork
1:1 or Group Sessions
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the intentional practice of using conscious breathing techniques to influence your physical, emotional, and mental state . It goes beyond the automatic art of breathing, guiding you to use specific patterns and rhythms to calm or active the nervous system, release tension, improve focus, and connect more deeply with yourself. Through breathwork you create space for self-awareness, healing, and transformation - unlocking the power of the breath as a tool for wellbeing.
Origin.
Breathwork draws on ancient wisdom and modern practice. Many cultures have long recognised the power of the breath - yogic pranayama from India, Taoist breathing techniques from China, and Indigenous ceremonial breath practices from Australia are just a few examples. These traditions and cultures understood that breath connects the body, mind, and spirit. Modern approaches to breathwork combine these traditional roots with contemporary therapeutic and mindfulness techniques, making it accessible and adaptable to today’s lifestyles.
Is Breathwork Scientifically Backed?
Yes. Research continues to show that conscious breathing can significantly impact health and wellbeing. Studies have found that breathwork can lower stress hormones, like cortisol, improve oxygen delivery to the brain and muscles, regulate heart rate variability, and support emotional regulation and relaxation. It can help with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and physical performance. By influencing the autonomic nervous system, breathwork allows you to shift rom a stress-dominated fight-or-flight state into one of balance and restoration - backed by science and thousands of years of human experience.
Why It Matters.
In our busy and overstimulated lives, we often live in a state of shallow, unconscious breathing. This can keep us stuck in cycles of stress, fatigue, and emotional disconnection. Breathwork offers a way back to presence. It helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your emotions, and create a sense of inner safety. By building a conscious relationship with your breath, you also strengthen your connect to yourself, your values, and the present moment - making breathwork a foundational tool for self-worth and wellbeing.
What to Expect.
A breathwork session is a safe, guided space where you’ll learn and practice specific techniques tailored to your needs. Sessions often begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, followed by guided breath patterns designed to shift your state - whether that’s deep relaxation, emotional release, or focused clarity. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, or memories surface as your body processes and releases stored tension. Every experience is unique, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace. The session closes with integration time, allowing you to absorb the benefits and return to your day feeling more balanced, present, and connected.
